Do you hire your equipment with a driver/operator?
Yes, you can hire all of our equipment with a driver/operator. Our team are experts in what they do.
How do I make a booking?
You can book online or by giving us a call on 0275 571 171.
Do I have to book in advance?
All bookings are subject to availability, so the earlier you book the better!
Do you offer advice and help with landscaping?
We sure do. We can assist you with hard landscaping; building retaining walls, paths. Book a home visit HERE.
What if I need soil removed?
You've come to the right place. Give us a call on 0275 571 171. We’ll arrange a site visit and then make a plan with you to get your soil moved. Also, the Little Digger will usually arrive on site, towed behind our 2T Truck. So, if you find you've got excess soil or green waste, then just let the guys know – we can arrange to dump it for you. Dumping fees: POA.
I have tricky access. Can you get the equipment on-site?
We sure can! The Little Digger is 990mm wide and 2380mm high, so squeezing through narrow passages, between gate posts or along that thin pathway alongside your house is not an issue. With the use of ramps, planks and some clever manoeuvring, our equipment can get just about anywhere.

Can you help if I need digging work plus a tradie to get my project done?
We have it sorted, Chris is a licensed builder with 20 years experience under his belt. Working and living in the Matakana area over the years Chris has surrounded himself with some of the best local plumbers, builders and electricians to get your job done promptly.
Can you advise on what material I should use on my driveway?
For sure, we’re more than happy to give you a hand to work out the look you want and how we can achieve it. We will source the material and get it delivered to site. Plus, we have accounts with all the local quarries and major landscape and timber suppliers to help you out.
What if I need a digger or bobcat attachment that’s not on your list?
No problem, give us a call to discuss what you require.
I have a lot of soil to move, is the Little Digger big enough?
The small but mighty Little Digger can handle just about every job. From site clearing and levelling, post and pile drilling, concrete and paving preparation, pool and spa excavation to drainage and so much more. See the Services page of our website for even more examples.
How long will my job take?
Every job is different, so give us a call and we can work out an estimated time frame for your job.
What areas do you service?
We are based in the Matakana and Mangawhai areas. Delivery fees apply to areas 10km outside of Matakana and Mangawhai, see our Terms and Conditions for details.
